What we collect
When you take the W3 Quotient Assessment, we collect your responses to the twelve statements, your first name and email address, and optionally your last name, mobile number, professional role and organisation.
We also record technical context such as the referring page, UTM parameters (when present), and the browser you used, to help us understand how the assessment is being reached.
Why we collect it
Your responses are used to calculate your W3Q Profile and to email that profile to you. If you have given consent, we may also send you occasional related learning resources from W3 Success Academy. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How your W3Q Profile is calculated
Each of the twelve statements is rated from 1 to 5. The four Wealth statements, four Wisdom statements and four Wellness statements each combine into a subscore between 4 and 20. Those three subscores determine your band for each currency (Flowing, Holding or Leaking) and your overall W3Q Profile.
Nature of the assessment
The W3 Quotient is a reflective developmental assessment. It is not a medical, psychological, financial or clinical diagnosis. The profile is intended for personal reflection and next-step guidance only.
How your data is stored
Responses are stored securely with our managed backend provider. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We do not sell or share your responses with unrelated third parties.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Marketing communication is opt-in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
